1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by The 803 Project ("we," "us," "our"), including Veterans Day On The Rocks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Event Tickets

  • All ticket purchases are subject to availability.
  • Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event date.
  • After the 30-day refund window, tickets may be transferred to another individual at no charge.
  • Veteran and active military tickets require valid Military ID or Veteran ID at the gate.
  • Children 10 and under receive free admission and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
  • The 803 Project reserves the right to cancel or modify events due to weather, safety, or other factors beyond our control.
  • In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.

3. Donations

Donations to The 803 Project are voluntary and may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The 803 Project is a registered nonprofit organization. Donation refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date.

4. User Content

By submitting content (including photos, tributes, messages, and other materials) to our platforms, you represent that you have the right to share such content and grant The 803 Project a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content in connection with our charitable mission. We reserve the right to review and approve or reject submitted content at our discretion.

5. Sponsorship

Sponsorship inquiries submitted through this website are non-binding expressions of interest. Formal sponsorship agreements will be established through separate contracts between The 803 Project and the sponsoring entity.

6. Limitation of Liability

The 803 Project and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or attendance at our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
